AssociateHayley partners with clients across sectors on Board Director and CEO recruitment, acting as a true collaborator and extension of their team. Hayley is involved throughout the search lifecycle, from candidate development to interviewing, due diligence and referencing. She is passionate about finding the next right leaders to help shape the future of an organization and the areas in which it works. Hayley comes to Watson with a background working in strategic communications and public relations at international communications consultancies.
