ConsultantJessica is a consultant in the Advisory practice at Watson. A lawyer with over 15 years’ experience working in the health and life science sectors, her current practice includes governance reviews, board and director evaluations and board education. Jessica is passionate about helping boards embrace continuous learning and building a high-performing culture.

Experience and Credentials
- Bachelor of Medical Sciences, Honors Specialization in Toxicology and Pathology from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, University of Western Ontario. Juris Doctor, Osgoode Hall Law School.
- Member of the Law of Ontario since 2010.
- Joined Watson in September of 2023.
- Serves as a director on the board for the Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK), a child and youth mental health agency serving the Region of Halton.
- Previously, she held senior roles at Ontario Health where she designed governance policies that have been adopted by health care providers and agencies across Ontario, and the Ontario Medical Association where she worked closely with the Board on health policy development. Jessica also held a National role for a global biotechnology company, where she worked to prepare health systems across Canada for the launch of novel Alzheimer’s Disease treatment.
